Key development land between Radstock and Midsomer Norton is up for sale with the best offer needing to be submitted by September 25.

The land, is a well known site - close to the marble company on the north side of the main A362 Radstock Road, midway between the centres of Radstock and Midsomer Norton.

It is being marketed as 'Allocated employment land' wit the area approximately 5.69 acres (2.30ha).

The agents, Carter Jonas describe it is a Rare Freehold site.

The land is often been rumoured as earmarked for a supermarket expansion, but the sale by way of informal tender suggests that might not be the case.

Offers should be made by email to Alison Williams email: [email protected] using the bidding proforma.

The sale details explain that offers can be made on a conditional or unconditional basis and the vendors are not obliged to accept the highest or indeed any offer.
