Number 10 cafe in Radstock is on the market: Now has alcohol licence

It was being advertised locally for rent, but now the former Number 10 cafe on Fortescue Road has gone on the market.

The cafe is on sale for £150,000.

It is being marketed by Harrod Property in Chilcompton.

In the details on the sales site, it is revealed that the current owner has put in for a licence to sell alcohol.
