In planning decisions made by B&NES this week.

An application to vary conditions on an application to build a two storey three bed house at 12 Milton Road, in Westfield 00068/VAR

has been permitted.

In Hallatrow an application to build a first-floor extension at The Gables, on Hallatrow Hill has been refused. That would have meant the existing bungalow would have become a two storey home.

And as you have seen on our major planning story the formal application is in to demolish the Walnut Buildings in Radstock. A decision is expected by March 19.
