This summer the private gardens of Well Cottage, home of The Duchess of Beaufort, will be open to gardening enthusiasts in aid of Dorothy House Hospice Care.

The garden at Well Cottage was designed and created by the late Duke of Beaufort and Miranda, Duchess of Beaufort and is rarely open to the general public. Unique in its design, the garden situated on the edge of Badminton Estate is something everyone with an interest in gardens will not want to miss. The event is in support of Dorothy House of which The Duchess is a Patron.

Philippa Watson, Dorothy House said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to invite our supporters to visit this wonderful garden and to help raise money for Dorothy House. The pandemic greatly affected our fundraising abilities and we are so grateful to The Duchess of Beaufort for allowing us this day at Well Cottage.”

The garden will be open for one day only on Sunday 27 June from 10am until 4pm. Tickets are available on line at £6 per person.
