The Radstock Co-op is in its new home and today (August 28) opened its doors to shoppers.

The store, is a smaller version of the shop in the centre of Radstock, but still has a Post Office and bakery section.

Today Nub News was told that the five day turnaround to relocate the store is the fastest Co-op moving job ever.

Head of Retail Operations for the Radstock Co-operative Alan Jackson told Nub : " We have managed to turn it around and get the store open in Radstock within five days which is certainly the quickest we have turned a store.

" Hopefully our customers will like our new store. We have certainly worked hard to get as much of the range in here as in our big store over the road. Welcome back."
