Local law firm, Thatcher + Hallam, has welcomed a new property solicitor to the team. Farah Hussain joined the team in January this year, having previously worked for several leading 100 law firms in Bristol.

Farah's areas of expertise include the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant work and asset and share purchase agreements. She also has specialist knowledge of Islamic finance in relation to residential property purchases.

Farah said: "I'm excited to join the Commercial Property Team at Thatcher + Hallam due to the strong local connections that the firm has established. I bring with me the experience of being a small business owner for many years myself, which means I understand the needs and demands of modern businesses. I am looking forward to working with a broad range of clients and bringing my personal experience to the role."

Lucy Ingram, one of the Partners at Thatcher + Hallam and another member of the Commercial Property Team said, "We are excited to be expanding our commercial property team. Farah's experience will complement that which already exists at Thatcher + Hallam and we look forward to seeing how we further develop and strengthen what we offer to the many local businesses we are privileged to work with."
