Planning applications and decisions in and around Radstock this week

Planning news from Bath and North East Somerset this week includes:

An amendment has been made to the formal application for the controversial development involving Hope House Surgery.

The development is proposed at the site at Waterloo Road.

The planning officers at B&NES now have a non material amendment to application 17/01466/FUL.

This is the development of what is being called a new Healthy Living Centre to provide new health centre and ancillary pharmacy, community kitchen, children's centre and library. The amendment is not for consultation, just for information.

There has been a cause discharged relating to an application to build 89 affordable housing at land between Hillside View And Bath Road, Greenlands Road, Peasedown St. John. Reference 20/00144/D6BA

In Westfield, an application to build a two storey rear extension at 2 Nightingale Way, Westfield, BA3 4NL has been resubmitted.

In Hinton Charterhouse an application has been made to extend existing access track to end of meadow and reinstate historic track to existing stone barn, Crewcroft Barn, on Hinton Hill.

Planning decisions made this week in and around Radstock include:

An application to build a two storey side extension at 108 Wesley Avenue, Westfield has been permitted.

An application to turn an outbuilding at The Inn on the Hill at Freshford into a holiday let, has been withdrawn.

An application to build a conservatory at Church Cottages in Chew Stoke has been permitted.
