Running on Hempty in Fortescue Road has moved all her product lines on line, hoping that people will chose the next lockdown to get ahead with their Christmas shopping.
It is just one of the ways local businesses are gearing up for Thursday.
Over at Fosseway Press the shop will be shut but some staff will still be working behind the scenes doing the printing. If anybody needs their printing services they are offering work via e-mail and/or telephone but on a 'Click and Collect or Postal Service' basis only ; the shop will not be opened for customers to purchase non-essential items.
The Somer Valley Local magazine will also still be running and businesses can put an advert in to let the community know what they have to offer. www.fossewaypress.com.
Owner of Hempty, Emma told Nub News : " As a small and new business this is going to be tough. Local businesses certainly need the support."
She is offering free local delivery on orders over £15. Contact her via the web site: Www.hemptyonline.co.uk or on the phone, 07745016276.
Meantime Drainfast wants to reassure customers that they will be working as normal. You can contact owner Steve, who has 26 years in the business, on 07495 508489.
