The group of local lads who came together to raise money for the campaign to tackle the huge problem of male suicide, have broken both their fundraising and mileage targets.

The nine, who include a local estate agent, a local footballer and their friends, were raising money for the Campaign Against Living Miserably.

Now completed they have raised over £2,500 and the team exceeded their mileage target as well.

The group, who all know and support each other by way of their TC (Thursday Club), walked, ran and cycled a collective total of 788.19 miles.

Jordan Bryant the Sales Progression Manager at Sam Chivers Estate Agents told Nub News: "We have been blown away by the generosity of those who have supported us over the past 4 weeks. We ended the fundraiser by raising over £2,500 for such an amazing cause. To those who have donated and shared our journey, thank you as you have maintained our motivation. Remember, CALM is there if you or someone you know ever needs them."
