Radstock Town FC played their neighbours up at Southfields (September 1), and praised a " strong and talented Frome Town outfit."

The Miners hit the ground with the first goal of the match, scored by James Rustell.

Chairman Simon Wilkinson told Nub News: " It was a good performance against a side two or three divisions above us. All in all a good and very tough run out."

Frome took the lead with the last kick of the first half and scored a further three goals in the second in spite of Radstock making a number of changes at half time.

Final score : Frome Town FC 5; Radstock Town FC 1

Man of the match Radstock keeper Jack Scrivens.

The next match is away to Warminster this coming Saturday.
