UP CLOSE : The business which can de-clutter and re-organise any space that needs it

She has a knack for organisation and this local business, which has listed on our site, promises that no space, no room or area will ever beat her.

So, as slightly clutter-loving Nub News ourselves, we were happy to find out more about her work. Chloe Wright, who worked for 13 years in the logistics department of Centre Parcs, is an expert in her field.

So first tell us how Goddess Organising came about ?

"I started Goddess organising in 2018 but it has quickly grown to what it is today. I love what I do. I get to help people everyday. The majority of my clients do struggle with mental and physical health, some are just too busy with work, life and children. Whatever their reasons for calling me? I help them find the homes they once fell in love with.

Are people ever reluctant to call on your services?

So many people are embarrassed about asking a professional organiser to come in and help them "tidy up". There is such a stigma attached to what I do and the people who need my help.

For those who are born with the "organising" gene/ability, it seems so simple. Just Put stuff away. But it isn't that simple if you haven't been taught how or life gets in the way or you have some form of mental or physical disorders? We all need help sometimes. "You can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, if the tunnel can't be found". I find the tunnel.

You call an expert to fix your car - why not call in someone who is expert at tidying?

"For me, I see it as, if you can't manage something yourself, be it plumbing in the new washing machine or fixing your car? you call someone who can. And I am the person who can and would LOVED to!

Working along side clients also helps them through the process. I rationalise, gently encourage the decluttering process and have patience while decisions are made. I then thoroughly clean and reorganise their rooms to a more rational and logical way so items can be cleaned and found more easily.

It is like starting over

By everything having a home and putting it back to its home straight away once it's been used, enables the clients to save money because they can check if they have stamps or batteries by checking just one drawer and not the whole house and also their home is easier to clean on a weekly basis. I provide day to day organising tips on how to keep on top of it once I've left and leave them with the fresh start /clean slate they've been dreaming about. I have decluttered, dressing rooms to garages, sheds to attics. There is no room that can't be tidied or safe.
