Radstock MP Jacob Rees Mogg

Last week, Her Royal Highness, Princess Anne, the Princess Royal, visited the Bath and North East Somerset Citizens' Advice Bureau (CAB).

It was both an honour and a worthy tribute for the CAB to be visited by the Princess Royal, who made the visit as patron of The National Association of Citizens' Advice Bureaux, a position that she has held since 1990.

The long running application to build 81 homes on the former factory site, St Peter's continues, with an application to discharge two conditions surrounding application: 20/00780/COND.

The developers have investigated the site, checking whether it has any historical importance after seeing a map from 1867 of the Waldergrave Estate in the Manor of Radstock, which showed lime kilns on the land. A draw kiln and tunnels have now been excavated at the land at Cobblers Way, in Westfield.
